CAR BURSTS INTO FLAMES, SHMIRA SAVES THE DAY.

Tuesday, June 17, 2008 approximately 6:35pm a Crown Heights Shmira member was on his way home from work when he caught a whiff of smoke. After a quick investigation, the Shmira member found the source in the back of 309 Crown Street between New York and Nostrand Avenue, where a car was emitting smoke. This car had been stolen and the thief had abandoned it in the backyard. It has been sitting there for over two years.
