Shmira Nabs Nelson again

At approximately 1:00 am early Tuesday morning, Terrence Nelson, the most notorious car bandit in the Crown Heights area, was caught leaving a minivan parked on Eastern Parkway near Brooklyn Ave. he had just ransacked and attempted to flee along with the electronics he had just stolen.
The owner who happened to be chatting with a Shmira member nearby realized what had happened and gave chase, after a few short moments they managed to apprehend the criminal on Brooklyn Ave between Eastern Parkway and Lincoln Place, additional Shmira member arrived on scene and and assisted in holding a fighting Nelson till the Police arrived.
Nelson was placed under arrest and and Charged with the crime, Shmira has aprehended nelson close to a dozen times over the past ten years, Nelson was just arrested three weeks ago by NYPD with the help of shmira for another quality of life crime he commited.
