Ride-by Knockout

Tuesday, October 14, 2014 approximately 7:30PM: A male black was riding a bike on East New York Avenue between Kingston and Brooklyn Avenues when he punched a young girl in the face knocking her over. There was no attempted robbery, only an unprovoked act of hate against a stranger. Shmira members responded and canvassed the area with the victim for a while but the perpetrator had fled the area. The victim filed a police report.
The perpetrator is a male black who appeared to be in his late teens. He was wearing a grey hoody and riding a smaller bicycle.
